By commissioning me, you understand and agree to all the following terms and conditions!• Please, do not commission me if you do not have the funds, especially during emergencies on your side! I do not offer refunds, so please be considerate!• Deleting/Retracting/Ghosting after sketch and approval may result in a ban.
(Decided at my discretion)• I reserve the right to post all commissioned/non-commissioned artwork to my social media and other galleries, unless specifically asked not to.
(You may contact me — if it is a gift, or for other personal purposes.)• Credit is required when reposting my artwork, or using it as banners/icons, as well as posting to personal galleries.• You are not authorized to edit my artwork without my permission, for any reason. Any mistakes should be discussed with me beforehand. Any minimal errors may be corrected. (Modifications may have a fee and will be discussed)• Commissioners are not allowed to make copies, prints, or merchandise of my work for profit by selling it.• All commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless stated otherwise.• To spectate the process of your commission(s), I can provide a Trello link, if asked. It will showcase your commission’s status, as well as my queue.• Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding my commission tos, listed or not.

Commission Payment

• USD Payments will be made via Cashapp, Ko-fi, or PayPal• Payment = After sketch & approval (Aside from YCHs! Payment would be required upfront!)• No refunds can be issued after approval or completion.

By owning any of my designs, you understand and agree to all the following terms and conditions!These terms apply to any media in which my designs are being sold/traded/offered/gifted.• My TOS should be accessible when offering or putting my designs up for offers.
This applies to any media you’re promoting a specific design to.• Redesigns are allowed while properly crediting me for the original design.
Simply mentioning my user or pasting my link(s) is appreciated.• Any designs of mine obtained via trade, art, raffle, or gift have no monetary value.
(Monetary value may increase with the value of content bought for the design, such as commissioned artwork. Otherwise, the value should not increase. But I will not enforce this.. I just ask for your compliance.)• Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding my design tos, listed or not.

AUCTION/BIDDING & OFFERING

• USD Payments will be made via Cashapp, Ko-fi, or PayPal.
