By commissioning me, you understand and agree to all the following terms and conditions!FYI
β’ My prices are subject to change!
β’ My style may vary slightly from the provided examples due to experimentation.
β’ My turnaround time is normally 1 or 2 weeks, though this can vary greatly depending on various factors.
β’ I have the right to deny or ignore commission requests, though this is uncommon. (This is not out of spite. I may just be taking time for myself.)
β’ I may use my art of your characters for commission examples/social media, unless requested not to. (You may contact me β if it is a gift, or for other personal purposes.)

β’ I accept USD payments via Cashapp, Ko-fi, or PayPal, with a link provided via dm.
β’ If I* cancel the commission before completion, you will receive a full or partial refund.
β’ Full payment is required upfront after sketch approval, with payment plans available for amounts over $100.
β’ Refunds cannot be issued after sketch approval or commission completion. Commissions should be made with a definite intent to purchase.
β’ If you lack the necessary funds, I advise against commissioning me, especially during personal emergencies on your side. As I do not offer refunds for those purposes, please be considerate!PROCESS
β’ A clear, digital reference should be provided before I can accept.
β’ I will provide a sketch for approval, once approved I will need to be paid before continuing further in the process.
β’ Once paid, I will continue to go on to line and color the piece, and update you until completion, ensuring everything is to your liking.
β’ Any mistakes or changes should be addressed during the process. Minor errors can be corrected at no charge.
β’ Modifications after completion may incur a fee and will be discussed.USAGE
β’ Do not claim/steal credit, trace, copy, modify, or heavily reference my art.
β’ Please, do not edit my art without permission. (This also applies to my designs.)
β’ You may use my art of your characters as banners/icons, pagedolls, decoration, etc., with proper credit.
β’ Commissioners are not allowed to make copies, prints, or merchandise of my work for profit by selling it. (Commercial use is not allowed unless discussed and paid for separately.)
β’ All commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless stated otherwise. Commercial use requires a separate discussion and payment.
β’ Commissioners cannot take my artwork and make copies, prints, or merchandise for profit without permission.
