• *I reserve the right to decline a commission, for any reason, stated or not.• *I reserve the right to post your finished commission to my socials unless specifically asked not to.• *Proper credit is required when reposting/showing others my artwork as well as posting to personal galleries.
(You are allowed to use your commissioned art on your personal social medias/sites, for Icons, banners, ect.(with credit)• *You are NOT authorized to change, modify, or edit my commissioned artwork without my permission. Any mistakes should be discussed with me after the artwork is completed, any minimal mistakes may be corrected.• *Commissioners are not allowed to make copies, prints or merchandise of my work for the purpose of profit by selling it.
(All commissions are for personal use only unless stated otherwise.)• *To spectate the progress of your commission I can provide a Trello link to your commission as well as my queue.

Auction/Bidding & Offering• *Payments will be made Via PayPal, or Cashapp• *All usd payment is upfront unless a hold is stated in your bid.• *Do not bid or offer what you do not have, or cannot obtain to offer.• *Deleted/retracted bids or offers may result in a ban (decided at my discretion)

(These terms apply to any media my designs are being sold/traded/offered/gifted on.)• *Transfers off-site toyhouse are NOT allowed! I ask that my designs, be kept on Toyhouse! Non-compliance may result in a ban/block!• *My TOS should be accessible to all users when offering on my designs.
(Include my t.o.s when offering or putting my designs up for offer, this applies to any media.)• *Redesigns are allowed to a certain extent, meaning minimal changes are completely fine (Such as adding/removing (A few): colors, markings, or shapes.)• *DO NOT DELETE MY DESIGNS! Transfer my designs back to me! If you do not wish to keep a design of mine, I will gladly take them back, I wish to keep track of all my designs! I do not tolerate anyone deleting my designs!• *Any designs obtained via trade/gift, or with art have no monetary value.
(Monetary value may increase with the value of content bought for the design such as a commission. Otherwise, the designs value should not increase.)
